    Pain in the low back, hip, or symptoms down the leg that occurs in the first 12 hours of the accident usually means there was some injury to the muscles, ligaments, or discs of the low back.  Muscle injuries usually resolve in a few weeks.  Here are some good stretches for the first few weeks of a muscle injury:
